Originally from Transylvania, Andreea has lived in various places across Europe. She has a background in International Law and Relations with over 6 years of experience. Her passion for innovation and creativity makes her versatile and adaptable. At RemoteStar, she focuses on developing motivated remote teams and leaders, through innovative practices. Stephen McCann is a seasoned company director and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Stephen spent 10 years working in Enterprise IT before starting his own company in 2008. He spent the next 10 years building P2V Systems into one of the best "Managed Service Providers" in the UK and Ireland before selling to ActionPoint in 2018. "The success of any company is down to its staff, and I'm delighted to have joined RemoteStar to grow the company itself and help other technology companies worldwide grow their teams. I've hired 100s of people over the years - some very good and some very bad."

Kritika has vast experience working with distributed remote teams across diverse environments as a developer, project manager, scrum master & business analyst. At RemoteStar, she plans and strategizes the evaluation, deployment & management of resource teams for clients. Kritika oversees ongoing business operations & coordinates with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver solutions.

Suchita Jain is the VP of Marketing at RemoteStar. At RemoteStar, she leads the marketing team to set strategy, vision, and direction for how we build our brand, drive awareness, create demand, and position our product. She is a strategic & results-driven digital marketer with 9+years of experience building paid & organic marketing funnels for Retail, Education & SaaS companies. She is an IIM-B alumnus who is passionate about building products that are driven by data, focus on user experience, and work at scale.

Andrew has been building tech and teams for 25 years. He built OB10, the world’s first and largest invoicing network, transacting $40billion worth of invoices monthly. He was a member of the founding team at Yoyo Wallet, designing and building scheme-independent payment rails with the ability to carry level 2 basket data. And again as a member of the founding team, he joined EdgePetrol and took another startup from idea to product. He has used outsourced, outstaffed and in-house teams, including hybrid and fully remote since the early 2000s.
