Nothing. The company only pays RemoteStar's standard recruitment fee if they actually hire, and your cut comes out of our side, never theirs. You pay nothing and risk nothing by making the introduction.
You earn on every single hire, not just the first one, and your rate climbs as the hires add up. We bill it in tiers: your first 10 hires earn 10% (Bronze), the next 10 earn 15% (Silver), the next 10 earn 20% (Gold), and every hire past 30 earns 25% (Platinum).
Your referral on a company holds for 12 months, starting from the first hire we make there. Every hire that company makes inside that window earns you commission. There's no limit on companies either: refer as many as you like, and each one runs on its own fresh 12-month window.
